2nd Annual Aptos Little League Poker Tournament

Aptos Little League is working hard on the kickoff for the 2016 Spring Little League Season! They have announced that the 2nd Annual Aptos Little League Poker Tournament will be held on Saturday, March 5th at the Seascape Golf Clubhouse – check-in time is at 5:30, the games start at 6 and lights out is at 11 PM. All the money raised will go directly back to our kids and the fields they will be spending many hours at, practicing and playing on this season.

You can use this link to sign up for the tournament. The game is Texas Hold ‘Em and the buy-in fee is $125 per player. Don’t like to play poker, but still like to party? A guest party pass is only $25! Both passes include appetizers and drinks, but you must be 21 years or older to attend.

First Annual Aptos Little League Poker Tournament

The First Annual Aptos Little League Poker Tournament is being held on Saturday, January 24th at the Seascape Golf Club Clubhouse starting at 5:30 PM and going on until 11 PM. The buy-in is $125 and the game is Texas Hold ’em – but if you just want to go to the party, non-player guest passes are $25. Your entry gets you beverages and light appetizers. Players and guests must be at least 21 years old.

The Aptos Little League is on a major fundraising push due to several thefts of expensive equipment this year. For example, in November, a Little League ATV was stolen from Aptos Junior High.

Aptos Sports Foundation Poker Tournament October 10

The Aptos Sports Foundation is having a Poker Tournament Fundraiser on Friday, October 10 at 6:30 PM at the Seascape Resort. 100% of the tournament proceeds are to be donated to Aptos schools for sports programs, and improvements in equipment and facilities. A $150 buy-in includes a sandwich and snack buffet provided by the Seascape Resort, and a no-host bar. If you don’t play poker, sponsorships are available for $300.

The Aptos Sports Foundation is an IRS Code 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created over 30 years ago for the purpose of improving the sports facilities and programs at Aptos High School. Over the years the Foundation has donated more than $2.5M toward those improvements, helping keep kids involved in a healthy environment while instilling pride in community.
