The Seascape Neighborhood hugs the coast of Monterey Bay, and is adjacent to the older neighborhood of Rio del Mar. Most homes in Seascape were built in the 1970s, and are primarily single family although some duplexes and a number of condominium projects dot the area.
The neighborhood is well known for its Golf Course, Village Shopping Center, its bluff-side Park, Sports Club, and of course, the Seascape Resort, a large condo-tel project with hundreds of units, several swimming pools, and Sanderling’s Restaurant which boasts perhaps the best view of any restaurant in Santa Cruz county.
