Hogan Land Services, with offices in Santa Rosa and Aptos, is now offering a free structural storm damage review for Aptos Home Owners! With the heavy rains and slides we’ve been living through over the past several months, many home owners have experienced shifting soils on their property and have concerns about the integrity of their homes and property. For these Aptos home owners, Hogan Land Services is extending a very neighborly offer:
We will provide a home inspection by performing an on-site structural engineering reconnaissance and discussion. The inspection will identify potential issues due to storm damage, observed by you or others. Other structural improvements or modifications may also be discussed depending on your unique situation.
Their normal fee for this service is $525, but they are waiving it for locals who have been affected by storm damage.
This service does not include a written report. Written reports will be available for a fee of $175.
