Great White Shark Visited Aptos this week

A great white shark visited Aptos this week, on both Saturday and Wednesday. The shark was reportedly about 8 or 9 feet long, and was spotted swimming around the cement boat at Seacliff State Beach.

Shark sightings in Aptos are apparently fairly common between October and February, with several sightings reported in the news media over recent years.
