The Santa Cruz Sentinel is reporting that graffiti has been found at Rio del Mar Elementary and Valencia Elementary Schools. The two schools have recently been plagued with graffiti, as this is the third time in approximately four weeks that graffiti has been discovered.
The “good news” is that the graffiti does not appear to be gang-related, and the graffiti found on each campus appears similar and may have the same culprit. However, disturbingly, alcohol, condoms, and syringes have been found on the Valencia Elementary School campus.
Residents are asked to keep an eye open and an ear to the ground in case they have any information, and if so, to contact the Sheriff’s dispatch at 831-471-1121.
