Empower your body to heal itself and live with a greater sense of joy and wholeness.


Build resilience to stress using Tools for Integration©. This is a 3-part workshop where you will learn how to recognize and respond to your own stress/relaxation cycle utilizing an array of mindfulness and movement tools that help  stabilize the nervous system and build Vagal tone.


In this workshop, you will: 


1. Develop an embodied awareness of your stress physiology.


2. Cultivate strategies to regulate persistent, inappropriate, and/or distressing stress symptoms.


3. Begin a regular practice of using these tools to build internal resources over time.


Tools for Integration is meant for all body types and is easily adaptable for any fitness level or mobility challenge. After completing this workshop, you will be able to practice these tools independently at your convenience. Registration includes a digital copy of Tools for Integration eWorkbook.
